  1. Here some frequently asked questions about our store and our policies. If you have a question that you don’t see here, please feel free to give us a call. We will be glad to answer any question you may have or direct you to the proper department. Thank you for choosing Pet’s Inc.

    Were do you get your animals from?
    Pet’s Inc prefers not to order animals from breeding farms. Instead, we support the community by accepting animals from local breeders.

    Where are you located?
    We are on the Northeast corner of Southern and Mill Ave. in Tempe, AZ.

    What is your return policy?
    All animal sales are final. New and unused products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase with receipt and all tags in place. You must have your receipt or store credit may be issued.

    What is the health guarantee on your animals?
    3 days for fish, including a separate sample of water, body of fish and receipt.
    7 days for reptiles and small animals, including the animal and receipt.
    15 days for puppies, kittens and ferrets, also including the animal and receipt.
    There are absolutely no guarantees on feeders of any kind or invertebrates.
    We do not guarantee against heat or aggression.

    Do you offer vet services?
    Our staff is very knowledgeable, but unable to offer vet advice or services. However, Pets Inc does have a vet clinic that comes in on Thursdays from 4-8 PM and Saturdays from 2-6 PM. For more information about our clinic, call 1-888-502-PETS (7387)
